关于内置16位AD模块的 低功耗单片机（即MSP432P4011替换型号）

请问TI工程师：

      原先类似MSP432P4011 系列单片机停产后 

      还有没有类似具备内置高精度快速16位AD模块（采样率至少12.8K以上）的单片机可以使用了？原先MSP432P4011（内置高精度AD模块16位AD  实际上是14位）停产后   有一些产品 面临更换CPU的要求。  谢谢
