Hi,
I am going to design a 3kW Phase Shifted Full bridge Synchronous Rectifier (PSFSR) charger. The DC/DC converter details are given below.
The DC/DC designing details:
Power rating: 1.2kW.
Input voltages Vin =380 - 420V,
Nominal input Vin_nom = 400V,
Output voltages Vo =36 - 60V,
Nominal Output Vo_nom = 48V,
Switching frequency = 100kHz.
Inductor (LOUT) Switching Frequency = 200kHz.
Based on the design calculations from excel sheet, all the parameters are updated and simulated by using UCC28950 PSPICE_TI simulation tool. The output voltage is not regulating. The simulation results along with simulation file and design Excel sheet are attached here.
