可以。首先主机的连接请求里面肯定带了他自己的身份信息，就是蓝牙芯片的全宇宙唯一地址。
其次，从机可以通过white list来判断主机是否在自己的允许列表内。另外，比较合适的方法建议你从应用层判断，如果连上的是自己讨厌的主机，果断断开。
