应该调用哪个API
1.client端才能发request. 参考simple central例子
2.GATT_WriteCharValue
但是我用GATT_WriteCharValue发送出来抓到的包是这个,而不是上面的那个,请问这个是怎么回事

Not mapped 就是你的这个特征值没有正确注册，然后对方在查找服务的时候没有找到，然后你就擅自用这个特征值去write了，就得到了这个结果。
建议你参考一下simpleBLEPeripheral里面的特征值定义方法和write的方法。
我现在加了很多步骤
1.read by group type request
2.read by type request
3.find information request

但是发命令还是不行,我查看发出去的包,
notify 这个位置是 NO
应答还是not mapped

我是central给Peripheral写notify 使能.Peripheral还需要查找服务??
