我在利用CC2540的时候，发现断开连接后，会出现广播停止的现象。

我是利用2节7号电池供电，一节1.5V，经过一个2.1V的LDO给CC2540供电

在程序中查询广播状态，当广播停止时，在程序中使能广播，但是在广播1分多钟的时候又会停止广播，然后再打开广播，然后1分多钟又停止，这样重复下去。

程序中设置广播为GAP_ADTYPE_FLAGS_GENERAL，广播间隔为1s一次
