我们想要将CC2540作为外围器件，外挂一个MCU通过USB虚拟串口对cc2540进行控制，我们知道CC2540有HCI接口命令可以控制，但是外挂的MCU是直接发16进制的字符还是有封装好的库函数接口进行对cc2540 HCI的操作？

可以参考一下BTool这个工具, 里面包含所有CC254x支持的HCI命令，也可以单独执行
