请问，我用CC2640R2F，不跑BLE的协议栈，跑我自己定义的私有协议栈的话，应该选哪个TI的SDK呢？是针对CC2640R2F出的SimpleLink SDK，还是用SimpliCiTI？还是其他的什么软件？

另外，在使用的时候有什么需要注意的事项吗？
