CC2540做为从机，在CC2540与主机已经绑定的情况下，若使用cc2540发送定向广播，定向广播地址为PC的蓝牙地址时，能够正常和PC连接；但是如果将定向广播地址更改为Android或IPhone时，无法收到主机的连接请求。这个是什么原因，求解答；
已知PC的蓝牙使用的是Public地址，Android和Iphone使用的是Random地址。
