你好，按照您的说明已经提交了申请，今天早上收到邮件,但是资料不能下载:
1. 申请已经批准
2. 资料下载链接
3. 不能下载提示:
我已经尝试过翻墙去下载，结果还是同样的提示信息.
查了一下，需要批准权限才能访问
在英文论坛发个帖，附上上面包含订单号的图片和邮箱地址，批准以后就能访问了
