我们现在想实现锚点作为第三方监控根据主从蓝牙连接来获取RSSI，用来定位，想参考的demo是CC2642的connection monitor文件
然后我们现在可以获取主从连接过程中的相关参数
我们想将参数写死后，上电直接监控
但是将这些参数写入connection monitor什么位置就可以跳过例程的其他额外的流程，直接监控呢
