有块CC2540的板子不能下载程序，我只接了P2.1，P2.2，RST和VCC，GND。CC-DEBUGER的pin2和pin9也连接上了。
板子是别人做的，我引出了这几个管脚，IAR却提示无法识别target
有大神指知道怎么回事吗？会不会加密后不可以再灌程序了？

你是根据TI官方的2540的参考设计连接的引脚吗？
如果对方是一个最终产品的话，2540是可以把flash锁住，不让你把代码读出来的，但是这种情况下应该是可以下载。
总共有几块板子？可以用官方的programmer软件擦除试一下。
谢谢答复，最后查出来是CC2511的P0.1虚焊，导致reset不能有效输出。
