[SimplicTI]cc430f5137组网 降低 Datarate后 AP与ED连接不上

使用AP_as_Data_Hub例程（SimplicTI_V1.1.1）；

频段433MHz

使用SmartRF Studio 7 配置Datarate = 38.383484 kBaud后就通信不上，AP灯会闪烁；

但是使用 175 kBaud ；250 kBaud；通信正常。

刚接SimplicTI，还没完全吃透，请大神们帮忙啊
