用smart RF studio识别CC2640R2L芯片，识别出来是CC2650，点进去设置好参数后控制发包在频谱仪上一点反应没有；
同样的用CC2640芯片进行同样的操作，在频谱仪上就可以看到发出来的信号；
请问是CC2650这个芯片哪里操作的不对么，导致软件不能控制发包。
