从手册上可知CC1310有一个UART，在CCS平台上可以通过<ti/drivers/UART.h>进行应用。

而在SCS - Sensor Controller Studio又可以通过UART emulator模拟UART。

如果我们在CCS上调用一个UART、而又在SCS上模拟一个UART，是不是可以让CC1310有2个UART呢？
