我在测试的时候发现，当我的设备的TCK引脚和GND引脚短路一下后，原本待机电流只有10uA的设备，电流就会达到500uA，但是此时设备的功能都正常。直到我调用了SysCtrlSystemReset();后，设备重启，但是此时芯片就会卡死，引脚配置都是错误的说明程序入口的这段代码都没执行。
并且外部晶振未正常起振，就像是连ccfg的配置初始化都没成功。
