问题：我用CC1310芯片做低功耗，根据rfEasyLinkTx_CC1310_LAUNCHXL工程进行修改，
关闭所有外设后，直接调用是sleep()函数进行的休眠，但是用仪器进行功耗测试的时候，发现功耗并不稳定，大部分情况功耗是1.2uA左右，一般4秒左右会瞬间调到20uA，持续很短时间内又跳回到1.2uA左右
需求：我如何能稳定这个功耗，是因为rf没关闭导致的么，这个demo rf似乎关闭不了
