操作步骤：CC3100 配置成静态ip 模式，连接AP ，并ping 网关
现象 ： 连接AP 成功 ， 可以在路由器列表里看到CC3100 的信息
ping 网关不通，在路由器上抓包发现CC3100的arp 网关mac地址的报文没响应。
CC3100 STA的静态IP 模式下，能正常工作（报文正常）对路由器设置有什么要求？
1. 你的AP，路由器，网关这三个设备是同一个吗？
2. 你列出来上面这几台设备以及CC3100的IP是多少吧。
1. 为了能抓包我的环境是 ： 笔记本的 Ethernet 做wlan口，用 connectify hotspot 把笔记本wifi 做AP， 笔记本就充当了AP，网关，和路由 。 我用dhcp模式是成功的
2 . CC3100 设置的是 ip 192.168.82.109 netmask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.82.1 ， 笔记本 ethernet 地址是dhcp获得的 ，笔记本的wifi 网关 ip 192.168.82.1
我在dhcp成功时读出来的ip ， netmask 和 gateway 作为静态ip的参数。
同时我在tplink的tl-wr742n 家庭无线路由器上测试静态ip也是同一现象
