CC3200 TI-RTOS 中断不能发送消息、不能设置同步量

大神们：

     在 SPI DMA  SPI_INT_EOW 中断里尝试使用osi_MsgQWrite发送消息，结果失败。

     尝试使用 osi_SyncObjSignalFromISR 也没有成功，切成 FREE-RTOS可以发送消息

     但SimpleLink的相关任务又会有问题，盼大神们解答下，谢谢！
