Application note AN118 demonstrates how to use the CC debug interface to perform various flash related tasks on CC253x / CC254x System-on-Chips. It is distributed along with a example code using a CC2530 as a programmer – but is easily ported to other devices. The application note explains in detail the example code, which covers how to enter debug mode and how to read/write/erase the flash memory.
