1、没有开启低功耗power_saving

2、zstack1.2.2协议栈

状态是，串口回调函数直接把接收到的再发送出来，定时器10秒发送指定字符串，定时发送出来的字符串没问题，发送没问题；回环测试串口只返回部分数据，有异常；使用115200没有此问题
