用TIMAC 1.5.0内msa_cc2538来Debug
写入在原厂cc2538em 模组没有问题改写入到自行规划的模组上则无法中断
已经尝试过将原厂cc2538em模组上cc2538sf53换到自己的模组结果正常可以执行Debug
不过换至cc2538em模组上的cc2538sf23却仍然无法执行debug晶片型号选择与linker档案都有确认过
不晓得还有什么问题以至于无法debug?
使用的iar arm版本为7.20

既然都已经对比测试过，那就是芯片的问题。你的芯片是从什么渠道获得的？可以在TI官网重新申请样品使用。
