SN74LVC4245ADW 上电输出高电平

我用SN74LVC4245ADW 这个芯片，一端是3.3V，一端是5 V，3.3是由5V通过DC/DC转换得到。3.3V侧的IO通道有下拉电阻，现在遇到这样一个问题，在上电时，5V侧会输出1个高电平出来，在3.3V电源稳定后，5V侧输出的高电平才消失，请问是怎么回事呢？
