TPS40210 输出电压随温度升高而升高

Hi TI工程师：

    客户在使用TPS40210的时候有出现上电工作，输出电压会随着温度升高而升高的现象。

    输入12V，常温下实测输出49V，挂负载200mA。工作一段时间后，板子的温度上升，输出电压也上升至51V，如果将温度降下来，输出电压会下降。49V时实测FB电压为0.679V，输出51V时，实测FB电压为0.694V。

    这种情况有可能是什么原因导致？
