在SYS/BIOS中添加RTSC Platform时无法加载Device Details

编译环境：6.0.0.00190

XDCtool版本：xdctools_3_30_01_25_core

bios版本：bios_6_40_01_15

需要给项目增加一个RTSC Platform

按照TI-RTOS Kernel (SYS/BIOS) User's Guide 的7.2章节配置

如下图，Device Details中Device Family和Name下拉列表均无选项，一片空白

CCS->Window->Preferences->Code Composer Studio->Products->RTSC也安装了SYS/BIOS
