需要给项目增加一个RTSC Platform
按照TI-RTOS Kernel (SYS/BIOS) User's Guide 的7.2章节配置
如下图，Device Details中Device Family和Name下拉列表均无选项，一片空白
CCS->Window->Preferences->Code Composer Studio->Products->RTSC也安装了SYS/BIOS
