LMV324单电源3V供电,将电流信号转换成电压信号,IN-端输入nA级电流信号,IN+偏执在0.17V时,信号无法正常放大,
IN+偏置在1.5V时,信号能够放大,这是什么原因呢?另外想问问IN+端偏置电压多大值比较合适?

很简单啊,因为你的供电是3v和gnd,加上1.5V的VCM,差分电压就变化范围就宽了,输出电压为超出电压负轨了

你最好选IB比较小的运放,用OPA313也行啊
