AMC23C12: When implementing an AC switch using the AMC23C12DWVR and MOSFETs, the system triggers a fault as soon as an RC snubber circuit is connected.

Part Number: AMC23C12

I am using the AMC23C12DWVR to implement short-circuit detection for MOSFETs in an AC application. I added an RC snubber circuit to protect the MOSFETs. However, as soon as the two RC components are soldered in place, the AMC23C12DWVR triggers a false error. The device is configured in latch mode.

In the above schematic, the fault disappears after I remove R15 and U12. I would like to understand the root cause of this issue.

I have ruled out power supply problems; I supplied VDD1 of AMC23C12DWVR with an independent power supply, but the fault still occurs.

I also replaced the current sense resistor with 1mΩ, and changed the threshold setting resistor to 1.2kΩ, yet the fault remains unchanged.
