THS4503ID的电源大小跟参考设计一样，+9V和-4V，Vocm=2.5V，只要一上电，开始发烫，测了一下THS4503ID的输出端，跟Vocm一样大，这么烫，是不是正常的？
散热焊盘正确处理了吗？
THS4503的静态功耗偏高，静态电流有30mA左右，按你13V供电，那算下来功耗有390mW，按热阻算下来，温升还是蛮高的。
所以你底部的散热焊盘一定要处理好，否则热散不出去，肯定会很烫。
