OPA552怎么输出不了正负30V电压

现在我用OPA552要求输出正负30V可调节电压，DAC用的是DAC7311 板子已经做出来了 可是不知道为什么电压输出的不对相差很多，而且要10路这样的电路，我焊接一路输出电压和焊接两路输出电压 都不一样（例如我只焊接了一路要求输出30V可是输出的是20V，我又焊接了一路要求也是输出30V结果是10几伏连第一路也变成10几伏了）是不是我的电路有问题，应该怎么设计呢！还有就是OPA552第8脚是干什么用的 我不知道是干什么用的所以用0欧电路选择地和5V。
