LMH6552: RF/RG Resistor value on performance

Hello experts,
I am an FAE intern and I am currently helping my customer resolve an issue. My customer is using the LMH6552 to perform a single-ended to differential conversion of a 100Hz square wave signal (Vpp = 1.4V, VCM = 0.3V). Their initial design (Av = 1) uses RF = RG = 499Ω, with the differential output feeding into the TMSTP pin of the ADC09QJ1300.
The observed behavior is:
  • When the LMH6552 output is HIGH, the ADC's TRIGOUT outputs normally (HIGH).
  • When the LMH6552 output is LOW, the ADC's TRIGOUT exhibits significant glitches.
When the feedback/gain resistor values are reduced, this phenomenon disappears.
I ran a TINA simulation with RF = RG = 499Ω but did not observe any issues in simulation.
Could you please explain in detail the impact of the RF resistor value on performance?image.pngimage.png
