Part Number: LM2902
During production of an older model using part number LM2902DR, DC: 2549+5, we discovered 100% failure during testing. The failure mode observed was addrpriocold_3A_-40V_cold. After debugging and ABA cross-validation, the root cause was confirmed to be an abnormality in component N11. Comparative measurements of pin 14 on N11 showed: normal unit voltage = 6.4V, failed unit voltage = 6.0V. The voltage at this pin is significantly lower in the failed unit. We kindly request assistance in checking whether there have been any changes to the chip, and what might be causing this failure. Thank you.
