Hello, after changing the reference to low impedance, I can successfully measure the signal from the signal generator, but I need to apply a voltage to the negative input to raise its potential by a certain level in order to detect the signal. Why is this happening?
Secondly, I now want to switch from capturing signals from a signal generator to collecting bioelectric signals from the human body. After changing the power supply from AC to battery, the noise in the captured signals remains very high, with severe 50 Hz power line interference. How should I address this issue?
The attached video shows the noise encountered when measuring muscle electrical signals. It can be observed that biological electrical signals are detectable, but the noise is quite significant.

Sincerely,
Bokai Yang
