我想对以下信号做缓冲输出和反相输出。
信号频率是: 1-5MHz
信号幅度是: 0-5V.
信号：方波。
这样的方波信号我想让它缓冲输出增强驱动 和 加多一路反相输出？
请问用什么放大器！请推荐型号。谢谢！！
工作电压和闭环增益多大,对输出电压有要求没.
只需要增强驱动，不需要信号放大？ 对驱动电流有什么要求，可以看下BUF634这款缓冲驱动。
如果是数字信号，可以用74hc245一类的做缓冲，如果是模拟信号，可以用buf634一类的，也可以用LMH6643一类的放大器。
