LM319比较器接入增量式编码器的方波后，编码器信号的方波幅值降低了一半，电路如下图所示。是否与R34,R35或R39,R40的阻值的数量级有关呢？
上拉电阻太大了，迟滞反馈电阻太小了，会导致幅度变小。
