这样做滑动电阻的精确测量行吗？

我想要尽可能的精确测量一个滑动电阻，就12位的AD测量。MCU自带的AD.先不考虑这电阻的精度，先考虑电路上的因素。

我想这样做可不可行？

1.用恒流源给这滑动电阻供电，这样这个电阻不会受到电源的影响从而影响精度了。

2 用TL431给AD做一个基准电压。

可行吗？有没有这样恒输出的IC?
