二者电气特性完全一样，封装也一样，完全可以替代。后缀R代表的是卷装Reel。不带R的应该是管装Tape。
AD mode和BD mode的区别在于，AD mode需要输出加LC filter，否则的话负载会产生很大的纹波电流，从而降低效率，而BD mode大多数应用不需要外加LC filter，因为负载上的纹波电流也很小，相应的也提高了效率。
