同相放大的滤波器会振荡

我使用TI的filterpro软件设计了一个同相的低通滤波器，增益为G=4，发现实物和仿真输出都会出现振荡，如图

后来查资料知道，同相的滤波器增益不能大于3，否则会振荡，反相的不会出现这种情况。输出振荡的频率和滤波器的截止频率接近，这究竟是什么原因呢?不懂原理，求解？
