怎么会用到这么大的动态范围？信号源是什么？信号源的内阻怎样？可否让信号源出电流信号？
如此宽带且弱的信号；最好先用差分对管预防大。差分对管特征频率最好在250～500MHz的低噪音管，电流防大倍数40～60，系统防大倍数最好控制在5倍左右。然后用高速低噪音运放差分防大到你要的倍数即可。
这个放大器设计要求非常高；PCB布局的任何闪失都会是灭顶之灾。希望楼主慎之又慎。
另外；希望楼主确认是否真的需要这样特性的放大器。
