一般 N/C 的意思是不用接, 可以作为调试的时候可能需要接一个作为测试的手段.
NC为预留的电阻电容，板子上留出空间，到时候根据测试情况决定是否再添加。
Vs+这些应该是画电路时做的一些标记吧，像预留的电阻电容这边都是Vs+1。
