测量LMV358的5脚电压上电开始时为2.713V然后随着时间推移会逐渐增大，大概是每过一秒会增加0.001V，最后会变为2.815V然后又会往下降变为2.814..........2.813.........2.812.........2.811.....2.810..............这种现象是否是正常的

另外理论计算LMV358的5脚上的电压应该在3.1V左右，实际却不是
