关于双T型正弦波发生振荡的调节

我想用双T型正弦波振荡电路产生100Hz、1kHz、和10kHz的正弦波,一直难调试出来,自激都比较难发生,而且大部分都是调试出正弦被切掉上下的顶部。开始考虑可能是运放不是轨到轨,可电源为正负5V,自激的被切掉的峰值只有4V左右,至今还不太清楚,求指教???双T型是通过高通和低通来滤出比较单一的正弦波,是不是理论的带通越窄就正弦波形越好?还有,有时匹配R11和R10时比例为68:10k,有时又是3k:10k,这个比例具体应多少为好?是不是有不同的类型???
