您好，我现在正在设计一个光电二极管（PD）电流放大电路。PD输出电流为10uA~60uA之间，想要放大20倍，输出电流为100uA~1200uA之间，请问能不能推荐一款合适的放大芯片，另外就是设计这种电路我需要注意什么问题呢？谢谢

有的，最好在50MHz以上~
如果做不到这么高，麻烦告知能够实现上述需求的电路，以及能实现的最高带宽
