运放输出端ESD防护

各位好，我在使用运放AD8512时，看手册该芯片有ESD防护2000 V；我想知道

1、是否输入和输出端都有该ESD防护，且均为2000V；

2、手册中所标识的芯片2000V防护与应用到医疗产品中需要耐受的静电放电（4000V）是否是同一概念；
