 TI各位大神好：

本人在做可见光通信的项目，接收后端输出需要一个限幅比较器，速率估计也就500Mb/s，

ONET4251PA的datasheet上说1 Gbps to 4.25 Gbps，请问各位大神这款芯片能否满足低于1Gb/s的要求

以及

这款芯片对于输入信号的幅值有要求吗
