我用opa2695 搭建一个约 200 MHz的70倍放大器。但线路不工作，片子烫手，烧毁。原理图如附件。

后我断开正增益放大器A，只保留负增益放大器B，工作电压降到+/-2.5V ， 片子依然发烫，测量静态电压，
OutB输出0.322V,而 4脚的电压有-1.22V？ 这是什么原因？制版、焊接都没问题。

请高手答疑解惑，不胜感激！
