您的输入Vg是什么信号？随着Vg的变化，Gain（dB）是随着呈线性变化的。Rf=400ohm，Rg=12.5ohm？
可以参考datasheet中Vg和Gain的变化曲线，Gain单位注意是dB，不是V/V。
