如下图所示，INA116 Datasheet 显示它并不是一颗轨到轨输入输出的仪表放大器.
一般轨至轨输入或输出都会在datasheet中给出来，比如RRO,RRIO，或者参考电气参数表也能判断是否为轨至轨。
