OPA657互阻放大 上升沿处波形出现拐角 想知道应该调哪个元件参数

SCH图如上所示    APD互阻放大  偏置电压+5V   反馈电阻680K  反馈电容焊上去的是1pF的电容   

PCB  layyout参考了数据手册上的   下图是经电容CL后的输出波形  可以看到上升沿处有一个拐角

想知道是不是应该调反馈电容CF
