1.芯片输出端口发生短路现象，不知道是什么原因造成的，请求给与帮助。
造成短路的原因可能有很多种，静电，高压，大电流都有可能。。
能否进一步描述，并提供原理图。
短路之前有没有做什么处理？
批量生产时有5%左右的故障率是正常的。太多就是设计有问题了。someone told us ,after burnt over 100pcs chip , you will get more experiences to avoid thus issue .
