大家好，我现在需要对上升时间为1ns，1V左右的脉冲信号进行尽可能的放大电压，请问TI公司有合适带宽的放大器吗？或者说有什么方法吗
亲；既然是脉冲信号，就不需要精确放大幅值。所以；应用逻辑兼容放大而不是运放做这事。
建议用共基放大电路饱和放大试试。放大管建议好用氮化镓或砷化镓MOSFET。当电源30V供电，理论上可以实现30V脉冲输出。
